Anselm
Kiefer's art deals with fundamental experiences in human life such as myth,
nature and history. The exhibition concentrates on four cycles of work that
show a significant cross-section of Kiefer's extensive œuvre, tracing his
development from the intimate Attic Paintings of the 1970s to the infinity of
the recently completed Star Paintings, so to speak from microcosm to macrocosm.
